A Call for a Truly Independent America

Dear friends, family, donors, and readers alike,

I’ve always identified as an Independent, even though I've registered as a Democrat in two states to vote in their primaries. The 2019-2020 Presidential Primaries offered a reasonable level of diversity, despite concerns about corruption that might have influenced Biden's primary win. However, the process, which gives more weight to early state votes over later ones, is not just unjust and immoral, but arguably unconstitutional. Yet, the “primaries” in 2023-2024 were a complete farce. Biden was too old, and we all knew it. We expected him to end his campaign for reelection, and we anticipated that the Democratic primaries would welcome legitimate challengers. But what did we get? A nomination handed to Kamala Harris without a single legitimate vote—a corrupt insult to our nation.

The Democratic Party can spend its millions buying celebrities, influencers, and CEOs, appearing to be on the winning side against Trump. But they're repeating the arrogance they showed with Hillary Clinton in 2016, risking another loss. The obvious alternative is our campaign, which can win the national election with less than $100 million. That’s less than ten million honest Americans each donating just $10. For those who have already donated, thank you! If you haven’t yet, what’s stopping you? This election isn’t over—join us today!

We urgently need your $10 donation. If $10 is too much, please consider at least $2. The sooner we gather millions of dollars, the sooner our campaign can qualify for federal matching funds, helping us amplify our message to return to our U.S. Constitution and end the corrupt two-party control over the Presidency. We’re not trying to destroy political parties; I’m fine with political parties organizing ideas and debates in Congress. But two parties controlling the Presidency? That’s something we must end.

If elected, I pledge to serve only one term—if we can implement the lottery + Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) system I've proposed or a variant that eliminates two-party control. This is a vow I do not take lightly, just like my marital vows, which I did not break, despite my shortcomings as a husband. If we amend how we elect Presidents, I will step down after one term and be thrilled to guide our first lottery + RCV election, starting on July 4th, 2028.

We've also added my proposed Executive Orders to the campaign website. While I’ve always been disgusted by political Executive Orders, I believe it’s essential for transparency. By proposing EOs during the campaign, I ensure voters can see and judge them before casting their ballots. Voting for me means voting for or against these EOs, unlike Trump or Harris, who aim to rule as dictators. I’m applying for a federal job—the U.S. Presidency—subordinate to Congress and the Constitution.

This is a job application, folks, and I’m disappointed so many of you don’t take my application seriously. Many of my own family members haven’t donated, preferring the corrupt, two-party control over the Presidency. If you don’t want to vote for me—don’t! But our campaign deserves the funds to reach millions of Americans. We can’t do that with my limited personal funds, which are rapidly depleting. We need millions of $10 donations now.

If you prefer another candidate, I respect Marianne Williamson. Our campaign and platform are stronger, but she’s a candidate worth supporting, unlike Trump or Harris, who represent the corrupt two-party system. Let the Democrats celebrate their corruption in Chicago this week, but let’s not forget: people like me are not going to vote for Kamala Harris. Trump may have been a poor President, but he didn’t destroy the country. The Constitution prevented him from becoming a dictator. But under Kamala Harris? I’m not so sure.

I didn’t vote for Obama, despite being from Oahu and giving him fair consideration. But I respected him as my Commander-in-Chief. I almost voted for his reelection but decided not to, given my deployment overseas during much of his presidency. I found out about his re-election while renewing my visa in Thailand, a moment I’ll never forget. I respected his leadership, even though I chose not to vote for him.

Now, I give a stern warning to the Democrats: your arrogance and overconfidence in Kamala Harris could lead to another loss. The early endorsements of her candidacy might just help Trump win reelection as much as they help Harris.

We must end the two-party control over the Presidency. This is not supposed to be a partisan political office. I served four years in a non-political, executive role in the U.S. Air Force, respecting both President Bush and President Obama, even though I didn’t vote for either. If elected, I vow to honor the Constitution and serve the American people, not a political party.

So why don’t we end this corrupt system right now? Donate $10 to our campaign, or to Marianne Williamson, or any candidate you respect who can responsibly use your dollars. If $10 is too much, donate $2 to each campaign. Let’s fight for our nation’s future together.

Thank you for reading,

John Fial
